You’re the founder. Build a team, win customers and keep your company alive. Every quarter is a chance to try a plan and learn from the outcome.
Start your first runFrom Home, choose New company. Pick an industry and city, choose your funding and founder background, set the rules, then name your company.
First run? Try Friendly difficulty and an 8-quarter Sprint.
Check HQ for your cash and pending decisions. Set prices and spending in Decisions, review candidates in People, and check commitments in Finance.
On mobile: Home is HQ, Plan is Decisions, and Money is Finance. People, Market and Newsroom are under More.
When you’re ready, select Close Q. Your choices take effect and the quarter report shows sales, costs, profit and events. Review it before planning again.
Changing a plan doesn’t advance time. Closing the quarter does.
Price, brand and product quality help you compete for customers. Marketing builds your brand; product spending improves quality. More demand only helps if you can serve it.
Your operations team and power reliability affect how much you can deliver. If demand outgrows capacity, you miss sales and strain your team.
Every hire adds skills and a salary. Review morale and pay as the economy changes; an unhappy team can lose productivity or leave.
Profit and cash are different. Check what you can afford before committing to spending. Loans add repayments; investment gives away a share of ownership.
Your city shapes currency, wages, power and borrowing costs. Read the Newsroom and adjust your plan when conditions change.
Finish your run with a healthy company and grow its valuation. Learn from each report and see how your saved company compares on the leaderboard.

Try it as a guest. Play 2 free quarters. Your guest company saves on this device; sign in and save it to your account to keep playing.
Play together. In a saved game, use the Boardroom tab (Team on mobile) to invite co-founders and work on a shared plan. The CEO closes the quarter.
Watch your cash. The first time cash goes negative, an emergency bridge loan keeps your company alive but adds debt. If cash goes negative again, the company closes.
Learn and try again. A run also ends when you reach its quarter limit. Review your final report, then start another company from Home.
