Boardroom
A free business simulation from BoxOut Africa. You are the founder. You make every call — hire, price, spend, borrow — across three years in a real African economy.
Seven industries. Six cities. Your call.
What it is
Boardroom is not a pitch deck. It is a simulation of running a business in Lagos, Nairobi, Accra, Johannesburg, Kigali or Cairo. You feel what FX, power and payroll do to a plan — without risking real money.
01
Start a record label, football academy, fashion house, film studio, tech startup, food brand or creator agency. Each city has its own currency, wages, power and festive season.
02
You set the price, marketing, product spend, office and power. You hire, promote or let people go. Then you close the quarter and the market answers.
03
Naira slides, load-shedding, elections and rivals are part of the run. Cash and profit are different. Go bankrupt, or climb the leaderboard.
Who it is for
Play solo, or invite up to three co-founders to share a board. Sign in if you want to save a run. Guests can still play a few quarters and see if it clicks.
